1. Service Description
Best Car Buying Service acts as a third-party consultant. It assists you with locating, negotiating, and facilitating the purchase of a new or used vehicle. We are not a car dealership, and we do not sell or lease vehicles directly. All transactions are conducted between you and the licensed dealer.
2. Package Details & Pricing
We offer three flat-fee consulting packages based on the MSRP of the vehicle:
- Package 1: $500 – For vehicles up to $75,000 MSRP
- Package 2: $750 – For vehicles $75,001 to $100,000 MSRP
- Package 3: $1,000 – For vehicles over $100,000 MSRP
All fees are:
- Payable in full, upfront
- Non-refundable, regardless of outcome or client decisions
- Inclusive of consultation, negotiation, and paperwork review only
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Make yourself available for communications and decision-making
- Finalize transactions directly with the dealer (we do not handle contracts or financing directly)
- Conduct your own due diligence (including test drives, inspections, and title review)
4. Disclaimer of Liability
We do not guarantee vehicle availability, financing approval, dealer responsiveness, or specific price outcomes.
You agree that:
- We are not liable for actions taken by any third-party dealer, financial institution, or vehicle seller
- You release us from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the transaction
- All legal obligations and responsibilities rest solely with the dealer from whom the vehicle is purchased
5. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Once you select and pay for a package, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including if:
- You decide not to purchase a vehicle
- You change your mind
- You complete the deal on your own
6. Limitation of Services
We do not:
- Provide legal or tax advice
- Guarantee financing or lease terms
- Assume responsibility for trade-in values or vehicle condition
- Act as a licensed broker or lender

By clicking “Select Package” or submitting payment, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms
- Acknowledge our limited consulting role
- Agree to be bound by these Terms of Service

8. Modification of Terms

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Connecticut.
